Who operates this website

This website is operated by CAREALL Digital Services, a sole proprietorship at No. 51/72-74, First Floor, K.A.P. Complex, Trivandrum Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli - 627002, Tamil Nadu, India. CAREALL is a private service provider. It is not a government department, not a government website, and not appointed by, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any authority.

Registration details of the business are not published on this website. If you need them for your own records, ask at the counter or by phone.

What this website does

It explains the four PAN routes CAREALL assists with, what each one generally involves, and how to reach a person. It does not submit, file, process or verify any application, and it does not connect to any government system.

General information only

Service pages, guides and FAQs are general information, not advice about your particular case. PAN rules, forms, processes and document requirements can change, and current official guidance prevails over anything written here.

What a request does and does not do

Preparing a request here, calling CAREALL or sending a WhatsApp message does not create an application, a reference number or a service contract, and does not by itself represent government filing, approval, PAN allotment, card dispatch or completion. If CAREALL takes on your work, the scope and any charges are confirmed with you directly before anything starts.

No guarantee of outcome

Decisions and timelines belong to the official process. CAREALL does not guarantee approval, allotment, acceptance of documents, dispatch or a processing time, and cannot change an official requirement.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when CAREALL asks for it.
• Do not apply for a new PAN if you already hold one; use the correction or reprint route instead.
• Do not share OTPs or passwords with anyone, including anyone claiming to be CAREALL.
• Use this website lawfully, and do not use it to impersonate CAREALL or any authority.

Using this website

You may read this website and use it to prepare an enquiry, for yourself or for someone you are helping. Please do not copy it as your own, present it as another business’s website, use it to impersonate CAREALL or any authority, or interfere with how it works for other people.

Content and ownership

The text, layout, illustrations and code of this website belong to CAREALL, except where something is credited to someone else. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Reusing them as the content of another business’s website is not permitted. The PAN-style card illustration is CAREALL’s own drawing; it carries no government emblem and must not be presented as a document.

Privacy and cookies

The Privacy page forms part of these terms. It explains what happens to information on this website: the forms are checked in your browser, and nothing is sent or stored by the site. This website sets no cookies and writes nothing to browser storage. Where the Privacy page and these terms differ about information, the Privacy page applies.

Links to official portals are provided for your reference. Those sites are run by their own operators under their own terms, and CAREALL is not responsible for their content or availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of India. Courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over a dispute about them. This does not take away any right you have under consumer law to raise a matter where the law allows you to raise it.

The rest

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If CAREALL does not enforce something straight away, it does not give up the right to do so later. These terms, with the Privacy and Disclaimer pages, are the whole of what is agreed about using this website.
