This website is run by CAREALL Digital Services, a sole proprietorship based at No. 51/72-74, First Floor, K.A.P. Complex, Trivandrum Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli - 627002, Tamil Nadu, India. It covers this website only. It is not a government website.

In short

• There are no user accounts, no database and no form-submission service on this website.
• What you type into the request or support form is checked in your browser. It is not sent to CAREALL or to anyone else by this website, and it is not saved.
• This website never asks for your PAN number, Aadhaar number, OTPs, passwords, or bank or card details.
• This website sets no cookies and writes nothing to browser storage or the page address.

The map on the contact page

The contact page shows a map of the CAREALL counter. That map is loaded from Google Maps, so opening the page sends your IP address and the usual technical details of that request to Google, under Google's own terms and privacy policy. CAREALL does not receive anything from it. The office's full address and a directions link are written on the page as text as well, so you do not need the map to find us.

The forms on this website

The request and support forms help you prepare a short enquiry. When you choose “Review and continue”, the form checks your entries in the browser and shows you a summary. Nothing is transmitted at that point. If you then choose “Continue on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with a message containing only the service, request type, preferred language and any call-back preference you selected. Your name, mobile number, email and message text are not put into that message or into the link. You can read and edit the message in WhatsApp before you send it.

When you contact CAREALL

If you call or message CAREALL, what you share is used for one purpose: understanding your PAN requirement and responding to it. CAREALL asks only for what the service needs, and asks for identity details through an approved route, never in a first message. Please do not send OTPs or passwords to anyone, and do not send identity numbers or document images until CAREALL has explained what is genuinely required. WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy.

What is kept, and for how long

This website keeps nothing. What CAREALL keeps is what you send it by phone, on WhatsApp or at the counter, and it is kept only while it is needed to answer your enquiry or to carry out work you have asked for, and for as long afterwards as the law requires it to be kept. When neither of those applies any more, it is deleted. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner using the contact details below.

Children and minors

A PAN request for a person under 18 is made by a parent or guardian, who acts for the minor throughout. CAREALL asks for a child’s details only from that parent or guardian, uses them only for that request, and never uses a child’s personal information for tracking, profiling or advertising of any kind.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

CAREALL follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: information is collected for a stated purpose and with your consent, only what is needed is collected, identity numbers are masked where they are displayed, and personal details are not sold or shared for marketing. To ask what CAREALL holds about you, to correct it, or to withdraw consent, use the contact details below.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask CAREALL to do any of the following about personal information it holds on you.

• Tell you what it holds about you, and how it has been used or shared.
• Correct, complete or update it if it is wrong.
• Erase it, where CAREALL is not required by law to keep it.
• Act on your withdrawal of consent. You may withdraw it at any time; doing so does not undo what was done while the consent was valid.
• Record a nominee who may use these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.

Raising a grievance

If you are unhappy with how CAREALL has handled your personal information, say so and it will be looked into. Write to info@careall.org, call 93667 03437, or come to the counter at No. 51/72-74, First Floor, K.A.P. Complex, Trivandrum Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli - 627002, Tamil Nadu, India. If you are not satisfied with the answer, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 lets you take the complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

Analytics

If analytics are switched on, they are limited to aggregate, privacy-conscious events such as “a service page was viewed” or “the WhatsApp button was used”. Form values, message text, names, phone numbers and identity data are never included.

Hosting

This website is published as static files through a content delivery network. As with any web server, the host may process standard technical data such as an IP address and browser type in order to deliver and protect the pages.

Keeping information safe

This website is published as static files with no database, no login and no form-submission service, so there is nothing stored here to be taken. What you share with CAREALL directly is seen by the people working on your request, and is not sold or shared for marketing. The Security page explains how this website itself is built.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Anything that would send or store information is described here before it is switched on, not afterwards.
