Getting started
What happens after you contact CAREALL
From your first message to the official process, here is how CAREALL assistance generally works and who does what.
Quick answer
CAREALL first confirms the right PAN service, then asks only for information that route genuinely needs, reviews it, assists with the authorised process and follows up. Official outcomes are decided through the applicable official process.
Three different roles
It helps to know who does what:
- You, the customer, choose a service, share basic details and provide requested information.
- CAREALL, the assisting service provider, qualifies your request, explains requirements, reviews what you provide and assists within its verified scope.
- The official authority processes the official application and decides the outcome.
The general sequence
- You get in touch by call or WhatsApp, or by preparing a request on this website and continuing on WhatsApp.
- CAREALL confirms the route. Is it New PAN, Correction / Update, Lost / Damaged or Organisation?
- CAREALL requests only what is needed for that route, through an approved channel.
- CAREALL reviews what you provide and asks for clarification if needed.
- CAREALL assists with the authorised service process.
- The official process determines the outcome, such as allotment, correction or card dispatch.
What CAREALL cannot promise
CAREALL does not guarantee approval, PAN allotment, card dispatch or a fixed timeline. Those depend on the applicable official process.
Fees and timelines
